Moving away from vanilla renewals, you'll use your experience, technical knowledge and skills to enhance a thriving Insurance Broking & Placement team at a major UK firm.

As the teams Senior Account Handler, your role is split between working to service the largest and most complex or technical accounts, and acting as referral point, coach and go to expert for your colleagues.

Senior Account Handler - Role Essentials:


  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial insurance, with a focus on complex and technical accounts.
  • Proven ability in negotiating with insurers, both locally and within the London market, including Lloyds, to secure solutions for challenging risk placements.
  • Adept at managing the largest and most intricate accounts, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and innovative problem-solving.
  • Capacity to serve as a referral point, offering guidance and support to enhance team capabilities.
  • No direct people management duties, yet a pivotal senior presence within the team.
