Commercial Insurance Claims Handler Duties
- Variety - engage with a diverse range of commercial clients on property, liability, financial lines, and speciality insurance claims.
- Client Interaction - direct involvement in client communication, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Negotiation - Work closely with insurers to negotiate favourable outcomes for clients.
- Collaboration - liaise with surveyors, loss adjusters, and other third-party suppliers to facilitate the claims process.
- Empowerment - think independently and take initiative to achieve the best results for clients.
Your skills & experience
- Commercial Insurance Claims - a proven track record in handling property and liability or casualty claims of various complexities.
- Client-Focused - strong ability to interact with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service.
- Negotiation Skills - experience of negotiating with insurers to secure optimal outcomes.
- Collaboration - ability to work effectively with third-party suppliers and internal teams.
