Stride Resource Management is delighted to be supporting a growing and forward thinking Insurance Broker who work with commercial clients nationwide. They are a multi award winning company who lead in developing ground-breaking and cutting-edge solutions to match client needs. They are currently seeking a Motor Claims Handler to join their established team.
As a Motor Claims Handler, you will play a vital role in managing on average 350 claims, predominantly for Motor Fleet clients, while also handling claims related to Motor, Property, and Liability products. You will work closely with the Claims Manager and Account Exec Team, offering support where needed. You will benefit from managing your own portfolio of varied accounts where you will handle a wide range of losses from minor claims to catastrophic incidents. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding service standards and maintaining a smooth claims process. Whilst managing the full claims process you will also be required to build and maintain excellent relationships with the insurers and clients that you are supporting, making sure their needs and requirements are met at all times.
To be considered, you will be an experienced Claims Handler, ideally dealing with Commercial Motor clients. We would also be keen to speak with individuals who have managed personal Motor Claims on a traditional cradle to grave basis. You will have strong analytical and decision-making skills, along with excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
