Junior Account Executive

Salary: Up to £35,000 (plus an exceptional bonus structure – realistic OTE £40k+)

Office based near Leeds – Hybrid Working

Your role:

Are you an Account Handler/Insurance Consultant/Insurance Advisor seeking progression? If so, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

You will take the next step forward in your insurance career within a leading UK broking group, by making best use of your commercial insurance experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Inherit, manage and nurture an existing portfolio of clients
• Drive growth by engaging with leads that are provided for you
• Meet a realistic annual new business income target
• Collaborate with an experienced team and benefit from a structured training programme, including mentorship
  
  

We’re looking for:

• Experience of commercial insurance, in a role that deals with clients - such as account handling, sales and development, broking, or underwriting
• Cert CII qualified is advantageous but not essential
