What you'll be doing:

• Building and managing a personal pipeline of potential commercial business clients
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Establishing and maintaining deep relationships with clients and be seen as the trusted adviser to senior stakeholders

What we're looking for:

• Proven track record in insurance brokerage or a closely related field
• Strong experience of identifying, pursuing and securing new business
• Demonstrable ability to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial business clients
• Leadership potential, with the ambition to guide a team to new heights
