The role:


  • Engage with a diverse portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and expertise.
  • Utilise your skills in cross-selling and referrals to expand accounts, contributing directly to the company's success and your professional development.
  • Work alongside a dedicated team, fostering a supportive and innovative workplace culture.
  • Leverage your understanding of the local insurer market to provide tailored solutions that meet client-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage all aspects of servicing renewal business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Focus on commercial risks, with a deep understanding of the technical aspects of managing and placing these risks, both individually and as part of a portfolio.
  • Maintain strong connections within the local insurer market to facilitate effective client solutions.
  • Travel as needed to meet with clients, assisting in the production of new accounts when required.
  • Handle all client communication and service, coordinating appropriate internal resources on a client-to-client basis.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production, retention, and customer service goals.

Skills and Experience Required:


  • Proven experience in managing commercial risks and placing them within the market.
  • Strong connections and understanding of the local insurer market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and coordinate with multiple introducers.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-selling and generating revenue through client relationships.
